  • Welcome to the Net Inclusion 2026 Breakout Session Proposal submission process. NDIA understands and appreciates our ever-growing and evolving community. We are committed to providing a space where everyone can access the latest digital equity and inclusion innovations. We want to ensure that Net Inclusion continues to be where information and resources are relevant to all who attend.  

    Please use this form to submit a Breakout Session, Breakout Session topic ideas, or your desire to speak at Net Inclusion.

    Breakout Sessions are 60- or 90-minute sessions offered throughout the three-day conference. If you have an idea for a breakout session, please complete this form and submit it by midnight PST Monday, August 25, 2025. We are excited to see what the best minds in the digital equity and inclusion field propose to share with the Net Inclusion community! After the NDIA and Net Inclusion National Planning Team conduct reviews, we will notify you by October 15, 2025, if your proposal has been accepted.

    NDIA will host a one-hour Breakout Session and Workshop Informational Webinar on Thursday, June 26, at 11:00 AM PT/2:00 PM ET - Registration Link. Additionally, you can find the link to our FAQ here. This meeting will be recorded, and FAQs will be updated.

  • Speaker and Organizational Diversity

    We are committed to ensuring that all presenters, moderators, and trainers have experience in the digital inclusion and equity field, and are reflective of the diversity in our communities.
  • Speaker diversity: We actively seek people who identify as Black, Indigenous, or other people of color, as well as gender nonconforming, having a disability, LGBTQIA+, and other under-represented community members to present at Net Inclusion. Lightning Rounds are short, fast-paced 3-minute session on the main stage shared with all Net Inclusion attendees. These may be live-streamed and recorded for viewing by the entire Net Inclusion community.*
